Lost Words
Lost Words is a fast-paced event where players must discover a secret word, collect the required letters and arrange them in the correct order before time runs out.
Pay attention to the hint, hunt monsters for the required letters and be one of the first players to submit the correct answer.
How to Participate
Collect Event Letters
During Lost Words, monsters can drop special letters that belong to the secret word of the current round.
Collect all required letters and keep them inside your main inventory until you are ready to submit the answer.
If the secret word contains the same letter multiple times, you need one copy of that letter for every occurrence.
Lost Words Window
Everything You Need in One Window
Open the Lost Words interface using the dedicated event icon. The window contains all information required to solve the current word.

- Current difficulty: Low, Medium or Hard
- Remaining round time
- Your collected letters
- Reward available for the current word
Discover the word, arrange the required letters in the correct order and press the confirmation button.
Complete the Word
Kill Monsters
Hunt monsters while Lost Words is active and collect the letters dropped during the event.
Read the Hint
Open the event window and use the provided clue to discover the secret word.
Submit the Word
Arrange all required letters correctly and confirm your answer before the other players.
Three Difficulty Levels
Low Difficulty
Shorter and easier words designed for fast participation. Low difficulty uses the basic Lost Words reward pool.
Medium Difficulty
More challenging words requiring additional letters and attention. Medium rounds provide stronger possible rewards.
Hard Difficulty
The most difficult Lost Words challenges require more attention, faster collection and can provide the highest-value rewards.
Event Rules
Letter & Inventory Rules
- All required letters must be located inside your main inventory.
- Letters are consumed only after successfully submitting the correct word.
- An incorrect attempt does not consume your collected letters.
- If a letter appears multiple times in the word, you need one copy for every occurrence.
Winner Rules
- Each account can win only once during the same Lost Words round.
- Each device can win only once during the same round.
- Winners are determined by the order in which the correct answer is confirmed.
- The event ends automatically when all 10 winner positions are filled.
- If 10 winners are not reached, the round ends after a maximum of 10 minutes.
Difficulty Rewards
The available reward depends on the difficulty of the current secret word and is displayed directly inside the Lost Words event window.
Low Rewards
Low difficulty words use the standard Lost Words reward pool.
Medium Rewards
Medium words provide improved rewards compared with Low difficulty.
Hard Rewards
Hard words provide access to the strongest Lost Words reward pool.
Instant & Secure Rewards
Lost Words can reward players with currency, Zen, jewels and special items. The exact reward is shown directly inside the event window before submission.
Low, Medium and Hard words use different reward pools, with better possible rewards available at higher difficulty levels.

Read the hint, collect every required letter and submit the correct answer before the other players. The faster you solve the challenge, the better your chance of securing one of the 10 winner positions.
